How we work:
We begin by discussing your landscape with you to understand your garden needs and your budget. For simple projects not requiring design work, we generally work less formally, offering a rough estimate, a timeline for the proposed work, and quick sketches if needed. For more complex landscaping projects, including those Green Forward has designed, we provide a detailed estimate and a contract for your approval. We work with the schedules of all parties involved, plus seasonal patterns, to create a timeline for the installation so that you know what to expect, and when. When we’re on the job, we treat you and your property with the respect that you deserve; our crews are clean and courteous, and if there are changes in schedules or plans, we do our utmost to alert you in advance.
And, finally, we want you to fully enjoy your garden! We offer free follow-up consultations regarding care of the garden, and, if applicable, system performance (how do I reprogram my outdoor lights? how does the irrigation controller work?) for the first year after installation.
Along with the gardens that we design, we are happy to install gardens envisioned by other designers whose approach is in harmony with ours.
